The disposable plastic dining box belongs to disposable plastic tableware, which is made of resin or other thermoplastic materials through thermoplastic molding. When using disposable plastic lunch boxes, there are two important precautions:
1. The service temperature of lunch boxes made of different materials is different. The lunch box made of PP has a high temperature and can hold hot food. The lunch box made of PS is hard and easy to crack. It begins to soften when the use temperature reaches 75 ℃. The food should be put into the PS lunch box when it is cooled to room temperature. It is not allowed to heat the food with the box in the microwave oven as far as possible. It has good low-temperature performance and is suitable for holding refrigerated food.
2. Different food ingredients need to choose different lunch boxes. Food with high fat and sugar content is not suitable to be put into disposable plastic lunch boxes, because the boiling point of oil tends to exceed the plastic heat resistance limit, and the oil, sugar, plasticizer and other chemical substances in the food boxes are organic substances. According to the principle of similar solubility, chemical reactions may occur with the lunch boxes, posing potential risks to public health and food safety.
