1. For the strip near the bottom of the cup, the text design should be raised by 5mm. Because after the cup pieces are put into the machine, the bottom of the cup should be pressed 5mm to ensure the firmness of the bottom of the cup. However, due to the high temperature and high pressure of the machine, the graphics and text near the bottom of the cup are easily blurred, which affects the appearance. Therefore, when designing and making graphics, the text and bar patterns near the bottom of the cup should be raised by about 5mm according to the height of the bottom of the cup. This can be avoided unless a special ultrasonic cup forming machine is used.
2. Try not to design and use full-color paper cups. The full-color paper cup ink is stacked too heavily, and the paper cup factory seals the packaging directly after the paper cup is produced. Organic compounds emitted during the drying process of solvent inks, isopropanol in alcohol wetting solutions, and volatile gases in glazing paints are harmful to human health. In the sealed space, the background color of the full-size paper cup covers the entire cup body. When we use a paper cup to drink water near the mouth of the cup, our lips will touch a certain part of the mouth of the cup, so it is easy to bring the above-mentioned chemical substances into the body with the liquid and affect our health. Therefore, we generally advise customers not to design full-color paper cups, the smaller the color block, the better. Similarly, it is not suitable to design graphics near the mouth of the cup, especially block color ink. Otherwise, the same adverse effects will occur.
3. Don’t choose cheap paper cups. The prices of paper cups on the market are uneven. The reason is that the raw materials selected by the paper cup factory are different. If the paper cup factory uses inferior raw materials, the paper cups produced will be very thin. Add hot water Just easily cause deformation of the cup body, there is a bigger potential safety hazard.
